These terms are an agreement between you and SendMate ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use SendMate.
SendMate lets you save places you discover on social media to your own map. We extract place information from the links you choose to save and show it back to you. The service is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued.
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use SendMate.
You keep ownership of the links and places you save. You grant us the limited permission needed to process and display that content back to you as part of the service. We don't display, store, or redistribute the source video from the links you save.
Links you save point to content owned by others and are subject to those platforms' own terms. We rely on third-party providers (our cloud hosting and Google's Gemini and Places APIs) to operate; their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
SendMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Extracted place information may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify anything important before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using SendMate and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and post the revised version here.
